Appointments must be canceled with 24 hours prior to your appointment date to not be charged the full service. The deposit of $25 will be nonrefundable for both no shows and canceled appointments. All no shows will be charged the full amount.

All clients have a 20 minute grace period before appointments are cancelled in our system. This is without any prior contact with the studio of lateness or delays.

Reschedule requests are allowable only 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any request after this time, will be considered a cancelled appointment.

Our VIP Subscription clients have agreed to have the subscription amount automatically being deducted from a bank account/credit/debit card. Subscriptions only cover fill ins, brow touch ups/tints, and classic extensions.
